We have an exciting opportunity to join our Team as we are actively recruiting for a Corporate Service Technician responsible for customer service inquiries, maintenance, and repairs on Centerline equipment. Duties consist of online, telephone and customer site visits for repairs, maintenance, and training. This position reports to the Corporate Service Supervisor.

What we’re looking for

  • Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, email, and customer site visits
  • Install, repair, train, and maintain Centerline equipment
  • Work with various skilled trades
  • Adapt to multi-trade concerns and resolve
  • Communicate in a clear and concise manner pertaining to customer issues / resolution
  • The ability to travel with short notice
  • Required to work overtime as required
  • Timely completion of detailed service reports

What you need to succeed
  • Mechatronics diploma / skilled trades certification
  • PLC programming knowledge and / or experience preferred
  • Knowledge of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
  • Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance
  • Ability to interpret hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical schematics, and blueprints
  • Familiarity with functionality and troubleshooting of CenterLine standard and custom equipment an asset
  • Strong computer skills: MS Office
  • Eligible to legally work in Canada and internationally

Wage Range: $20.00 - $30.00 hourly
