Quality Supervisor
What you will do
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Quality Team as we are actively recruiting for a Quality Supervisor This position is responsible for overseeing daily quality control activities across the CL655 and CL6290 facilities in machining and assembly environments. This posting is to fill an internal vacancy. The Quality Supervisor will lead quality initiatives, ensure compliance with established standards and procedures, support continuous improvement efforts, and work closely with manufacturing to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. This position reports to Corporate Manager - Quality and Customer Services.

What we’re looking for
- A hands-on leader that supports other Quality Control team members to ensure compliance with company and customer specifications.
- Establish departmental objectives, staffing requirements, and performance expectations.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor, train, develop, and evaluate direct reports.
- Utilize standardized inspection methods and precision measuring equipment to verify product conformity and support team effectiveness.
- Identify deviations from quality standards and keep accurate documentation on the statistical
analysis completed. - Coordinate containment activities and disposition of non-conforming materials.
- Lead Corrective Action Request (CAR) process.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering to improve product quality and efficiency.
- Monitor outsourced supplier quality compliance.
- Support cost reduction and productivity initiatives through improved quality performance and process control.
What you need to succeed
- BSc degree, relevant field of study, or Quality Department leadership experience required
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures required.
- Thorough knowledge of inspection processes, quality documentation and problem-solving methods are required.
- Experience in mentorship and training methods required.
- Sound leadership skills compulsory.
- Solid organizational skills required.
