Account Manager - Applied Products
CenterLine (Windsor) Limited is seeking an experienced Account Manager to oversee Applied Products strategic customer relationships and identify opportunities for new and expanded business. This role requires a proactive, relationship-driven professional dedicated to customer success and company growth. What we’re looking for
- Act as the primary customer contact for Applied Products.
- Manage customer accounts from quotation through on-going development.
- Collaborate with the Estimating Department to deliver integrated products (SoftMount, PedTec, Weld guns etc.), spare parts & consumables.
- Lead technical presentations and respond to customer inquiries.
- Negotiate and secure new business opportunities.
- Track proposals, assess status, and evaluate win probability.
- Follow up on integrator / customer project launches.
- Responsible for day-to-day input and maintenance of CRM system.
- Available for frequent travel to customer sites within Canada, USA & Mexico.
- Degree/diploma in Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering preferred.
- Sales experience in welding and robotic automation required.
- Proficient in the operation and analysis of custom welding machinery processes, including detailed cycle time evaluation and optimization.
- Automotive sub-assembly expertise including component integration and adherence to OEM specifications and quality standards.
- Project Management skills an asset.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Wage Range: $85,000.00 - $120,000.00
